MLB scores, schedules, and play-by-play come from MLB Advanced Media's public Stats API. Team marks render from ESPN's public CDN. MLB and team trademarks belong to their respective owners — Heater displays them under fair-use editorial coverage. We don't claim affiliation with MLB, ESPN, or any team.
Don't scrape Heater. Don't rebroadcast its push notifications. Don't reverse-engineer the IPA for commercial purposes.
Heater is provided "as is." We don't guarantee uptime, score accuracy, push delivery, or feature continuity. If you bet money on what this app shows, that's on you.
To the extent allowed by law, we accept no liability for losses arising from use of Heater — financial, emotional, or competitive.
